PAYBAC stands for partners assisting youth, business, and community. This is our school-business partnership program. Kiewit’s yearly goals for the PAYBAC program are to provide students with diverse learning opportunities, provide community awareness for our partners’ desire to give back, help create a positive school culture and to integrate the business community into Millard’s mission.
